Those things would be great on a rotiserie, how was it. Looks good, like a heart attack but worth it.

My goodness, everyone needs to stop what there doing and cook this dish. It is as amazing as it looks. And if you add a little mustard as our new member Scott did, WOW! it's great. I hope you guy's try this, it is great. Thank you Steve.

Just a tip for those of you thinking about cooking one, Put a skillet or something like that on the bottom rack of the BBQ so that way the fat of the bacon doesn't catch fire and burn the roll. This way you cam also remove the grease as it cooks. Happy cooking.
