oil pressure
its cold in chicago when i started up the truck and oil pressure gage did not move it took about 20 sec to move and the oil light to go off. I have a 2000 v10 what could be the problem

Well, no problem with the oil weight then.
Cold weather does weird things.
If it does it again on a cold start I would first change the oil & filter. Make sure you use a GOOD filter. I prefer Motorcraft FL-820S from Wal-Mart.
If it persists then the oil lift pump is bad or heading that way
