Hey all. Need everyones opinion. I have a 1994 F150 302 and I am shopping around for a new exhaust. How does the Flowmaster American Thunder system sound on this truck? Anyone have it? Let me know. Any other opinions are welcomed.
Like thunder with 4 wheels ? Deeeeep tone if your looking for something louder get the 40 series two chamber . I would go with the American thunder if you want to rumble the windshields off of the Chevies !!!!
Yes it would sound a lot better. I just installed the flowmasters on my 95 302 and it sounds good but it's not loud enough at all. You can hear it with the windows down and the radio low but when you close the windows and put the radio on a normal level you can barely hear it. I wrote a tech article on the installation and my thoughts, gave it to Ken, so keep an eye out.
