Weird fuel leak

I don't know what its called but it looks similar to a valve stem near the fuel filter and there is an air fuel mix coming out of there any ideas?

It is the air bleed for the filter head/ system. It is very similar to a tire valve stem. You may need to tighten or replace the valve core.

If you dont have the handy tire valve with built in remover (like my old equipment has), take a cheap pair of needle-nose pliers and grind them down to fit into the valve core and tighten it up a little if you can. Dont go hulking on it, just snug it up a little to see if it make a difference.
