Question Hp V-10

Any suggestions on a good full service tuner for a 99 SD? What are the best chips to put in and what other HP parts can I use to increase the torque from my V-10. I'm not looking to go fast but to pull/push hard. Thanks.

SCT Xcal3, about as versitle as you can get and if you get a new truck it will work on the new truck also, just get new tunes for it.

Can get them here 5 Star Tuning | Custom Dynomemeter Chassis Tuning Products and Services

Hey DFK, I hear the newer V10's are pretty much as tuned as they can be, but a good tuner can help the trans a ton. Are the ones you mentioned above the right way to go to improve trans function? If so, which one on the site above do you recommend?
