steering rack

how difficult is it to change the steering on a 97 ? any pointers on how to do it? I have never done one before.

I've done it and there is nothing to it. Moneywise it's not that expensive either, although you have to have an alignment after you're done.

Only thing that I fond on changing mine was I looked at where the rack was bolted to the frame, and did not relize that there was nuts on the back side of the crossmember. Broke a wrench off trying to unbolt them without taking the nuts loose. Did not make me feel to smart when I fond out what I did.
