350's sit higher off the shelf. Your picture doesnt look like its leveled, but hard to say. Every 350 I have been next to is a couple inches taller than mine.

Hey Mike, there,s no stupid question on FTE, its how we all learn, so keep them questions coming. A 350 next to my 250 before i leveled mine out sat lower. Climb under your truck and look to see how many leafs you got under there, mine has 3 if i,m not mistaken but i have a shackle kit, do you know what they look like???

Those are stock rear blocks on top of the pads, not stacked blocks. Front springs look stock, what do the front hangers/shackles look like?

I'm 100% sure, the axle is round and the springs/blocks are flat so they weld that nice little perch on there. Need pics of the shackles and hangers up front (the parts the springs bolt to).

My suspension pics for reference... mine is stock and yours should be the same.

front shackle

rear block

rear block w/ tape.
FYI- my early 99 has the taller blocks stock, the late 99-03 F250 had shorter blocks stock.
