I may just switch to Schaeffers 9000 but need to know if there is a break in price for quantities. I currently go through about 120 gallons a year so a 55 gallon drum wouldn't last me a year anyway. Maybe could get away with less frequent changes, but would monitor it first. I do 100 miles a day to and from work along with a lot of additional miles nearly all rural state highway.

Schaeffer's 9000 (5W-40) runs $993.30 for a 55 gallon Drum ($18.06 per gallon). You can get an additoinal 3% discount by paying via check/cash - Schaeffer gives a 3% discount for folks who pay via cash/check with a purchase over $350. This prices do not include sales tax but do include shipping. All orders over $350 get free shipping.
Schaeffer's series 7000 (15W-40) runs $881.10 per 55 gal drum ($16.02 per gallon) or $854.67 with the 3% cash/check discount.
9000 & 7000 are also available in larger containers.
