At the moment we have 28 members (some of which I discovered have joined but not yet posted).

I went through a snapshot of todays & yesterdays Forum activity for CT residents and for those who had PM available I sent out individual invitations to come join. A few joined already today, I still have 19 outstanding invitations.

We are at 31 members when I last checked earlier this evening.

From earlier this evening until now, I have be sending out invitations to those who have logged into the Forum since no further back than January first - and - had PM available.

At the moment I have 68 invitations out.

Going forward, I plan on limiting my sending of invitations to those who show up on the Today & Yesterday logged-on sort that I haven't already sent an invitation to - and - have PM available.

Good night everyone.

With the new software, it seems that Public Group Membership is an optional field.

I can see the Membership window in Greg's Profile but not in Jared's Profile.

That complicates PM'ing invitations to prospective new new members.
I don't want to send an invite to someone who already has joined and yet had not posted in the Chapter up to that time.

George our Chapter Moderator just informed me that:

"ALL of the chapter join links are dead, but we're working on it."

So the membership drive is handicapped for the interim.

I had trouble joining as well but i believe I found a work around (it worked for me anyway)

Once going to the user control panel, select 'group memberships'. I was able to select the radio button for the Connecticut chapter and join that way.
