Low Power/Rough Running PSD
I have a 1997 Crew Cab F350 4x4. At about 1100-1300 rpm at a constant speed the motor seems to miss like a gas engine with a fowled plug. It accelerates smoothly. This happens more when it is cold than when it is warmed up. It also has zero power on cold mornings. I have to drive about 1/2 mile before I can coax it to go over 35 mph. At that point I can tell that something is either turning on or off because there is an instant burst of power. This does not coincide with the glow plugs turning off. The dealer replaced the cam sensing unit and the boost sensor. It made no difference. Do any of you have suggestions?
