P1401 - DPFE Circuit High Input
That's the EGR system. Ford EGR/DPFE System
P1132 - Lack Of HO2S Switch - Sensor Indicates Rich
P1152 - Lack Of HO2S21 Switch - Sensor Indicates Rich
Check fuel pressure.

Well, i cleared the codes and ran it for awhile. The only code that came back was p1401, dpfe. I tried unplugging the connector on it, there was no change in the idle. One of the websites said the egr system does not work at idle, so don't know if that helps. Still idles rough, but at least it runs. Is there a way to test the dpfe? thanks.

Pull vac. on Egr while eng is at idle.Should cut eng off or just about off.If it DOES replace DPFE--(orig is alum, replacement is plastic)make sure 2 hoses are ok- replace with same type hose if bad -rotted. If idle is uneffected when vac is applied -passage way behind egr valve is stopped up , remove egr and clean with a piece of wire and carb cleaner LOL Blue (PS idles rough all the time tap egr valve lightly with hammer- valve could be stuck open--- massive vac. leak)
