sticking hubs

The front tires on my 04 F150 are still biting with 2wd on.Any help would be appreciated. Steve

Just had same problem with my 04.right front hub would hang up in or out of 4 wheel,found a problem with the vacuum assembly located on the right side fire wall.(Ford service bulletin)water got in vac. hose.$550.00
