Fuses inside

How the heck do you get to the fuses in the inside panel on 06 explorer. My NTK is not working and a Ford Tech said to check the fuses inside. I can barely see by looking under the desk. The outside one is easy.

On my 97 its behind a removable panel on the end of the driver's side of the dash panel. Open the drivers door to access it.

Look at the fuse list in your owners manual & find what else is wired to the same fuse. Is that item working? If it is the fuse isnt the problem.

BTW, what is an NTK?

Don't know what else its wired to, can't see the fuse block. NTK = Neutral Tow Kit. Needed to tow behind a motorhome.
BTW the Ford place got it working today but I don't know what they did.
