need suspension help

I have read a hundred thousand posts.
My 03 Ex 4X4 V10 has major sagging of the spring syndrome. I put 305's on it and adjusted the steering box. That helped the handling. However the front springs are killing me. In the short term, i want to add SkyJacker add a leafs to bring it up some and have three questions.
Do I need to get a track bar bracket? I didnt on my past F250.
Do I need the teflon spacers?
Should I do the rear at the same time?

I simply want to improve the handling and ride somewhat. I added front leaves to my 03 F250 with the 7.3 and they worked great. I reused the stock ubolts and did not use teflon spacers. I never noticed them squeaking. I just want some advice from those that have added leaves to the Ex.
Thanks.

For just the add a leafs, I would assume you will need to do something for the track bar. You're adding separation between the axle and the frame, the stock track bar will only have a limited range. Because of the already present sag, it's possible the stock track bar can handle the add-a-leaf, but if you're going to add more lift later on, you might consider getting an Adjustable Track Bar now.

I take it as teflon spacers to keep the leafs from grinding against each other. I would use something, It will keep the noise down.

However, if you want to do something different later, I would do the suspension only once. Pick out the lift kit you want with new front spring packs and wait until you can afford it. It's cheaper that way, we went through a couple of kits before the Pro Comp 4" lift that is on my truck now, it was a pain to put on a kit, drive a couple of weeks, remove it and install a new kit. Down time for the install, paying for multiple installs, and trying to recoup anything out of a used lift is difficult.

Put the teflon strips in. the squeaking from the add a leaf's taper rubbing the stock spring will start to annoy the crap out of you.

Stewart_H did this mod awhile back and it solved his handling, wandering, and ride issues.
