My salesman showed me the new box side step on the '09 F 150 today. He says it's also available on the Super Duty. Is anyone familiar with this option and whether or not it will mount to the '08 Super-Duty without frame modifications? TIA
I like the ones you posted too. I watched part of the video but I kind of wonder how weathertight they'd be. When you think about it though, it really is a good concept. Didn't read that much on the site but also wonder if you could order them painted to match.

I said the same thing about weather tightness.. From the pictures it doesn't appear to have much gasket material.. I also noticed that the lock looks a bit weak.. It would be better to have 2 latches at the corners so noone can pry them open..

Agreed completely. If your approximate price is right, I'd expect it to be weathertight and completely secure. The only other problem I see with it is the possibility of ground clearance issues on non-lifted trucks.
