Upliftter Switches

I HAVE AN 08 F350 DEISEL WITH UP LIFTTER SWITCHES AND WAS GOING TO INSTALL SOME LIGHTS. THE MANUAL STATES THE FUSE BLOCK ASSEMBLY IS AT YOUR LEFT FOOT UNDER THE DASH. I CANNOT FIND THE ANY WHERE.
ANY HELP WHERE IT IS TO CONNECT THE WIRE?

Remove the kick panel from underneath the steering wheel area and it is there on the left side, angled downward.
