I have a 1994 f-250 460 that I purchased a set of headers for and the headers have one spot for the EGR lines but on the truck there are four total with the manifolds. I don't know what to do with the other three, if they are needed or not. Thanks for the help.
Sounds like your talking about air injection
manifolds. Do you have 4 small tubes on each
manifold? Do you have to deal with emission
testing? If thats what they are you can buy
headers with the correct fittings. They are
around $500 to $600. You can put all of
your factory emissions back the way they
came off your original manifolds.
Good Luck, Dan
There are Two tubes on each manifold. I don't think that they are air injection tubes, but I think they are part of the EGR system. I don't have to worry about emessions but have heard that if you delete the EGR system the engine will ping even on premium fuel. Thanks for the help.
