When my ICP sensor started going bad, I was pulling ICP codes pointing to the problem. Some signs of an ICP failure in my case was low idling when I started it, sometimes I'd even get a no start, and check for oil seeping through the sensor itself (usually the most common sign of a bad icp). If you are having problems and think its a bad ICP sensor, you can disconnect the wires going into the sensor and see if the idle improves.
Do you mean ICP (injection control pressure) sensor?
The ICP sensor sits on the driver's side oil rail just behind the alternator. Over time many of these begin to weep oil out of the sensor, and eventually quit working. Symptoms of a bad ICP sensor can be a variety of things, including no starts, hard starts, rough idle, low power, bucking, surging, etc.
If you suspect a bad ICP sensor, shut the truck off and unplug the electrical connector on top of the sensor. Then start the truck and let it idle, or drive it around lightly. If your truck runs better with the sensor unplugged, then you know it's bad and needs to be replaced. If it runs the same, then you have issues elsewhere.
On edit: looks like someone types faster than I do

Yes, it is the same sensor. He just calls it something different. Most people will refer to it as the ICP sensor, not the IPC.
Be careful when watching those videos, and take much of what the guy says with a grain of salt. Although he is trying to be helpful with the videos, he inserts a TON of misinformation. The guy definately does not have all of his facts straight when making these videos. Some of the things he talks about are downright loony.

I think you would be better letting us know more about your problems and see what suggestions we can come up with. Those videos are interesting, and have some good info, but it seems to me he's editing bits and pieces from several different trucks into one video to support the things he's trying to say.
Funny how his list in that video covers dirty air filter or bent tail pipe (exhaust restriction), but he never suggests checking the fuel filter.
