Most importantly for this thread thanks RHN and their developers.. that was how I was able to find Mark..

CCU stands for Critical Care Unit... Its is a step down from ICU. ICU is usually 1 nurse per patient with checks every 15min.. CCU is three patients per nurse with checks every 30 to 45min.
