3V-V10 spark plugs

Hi all v10 fans. I own a 05 f-350 crew long box. It has only 23,000 miles. I was thinking about changing spark plugs to maybe possibly avoid the broken plug issue due to the spark plug base seizing inside the head. I was wondering if anyone makes a plug to replace the stock ones that are revised not to break off. If not I might decide to leave well enough alone for now and maybe in the near future someone will have one that won't break off. Any help is appreciated. Awesome motor in an awesome truck though. WOW

Haven't changed mine yet, but I've seen pictures here of a new plug intended to accomplish just what you describe. Might search for it; otherwise I'm sure someone who's used them will be along soon....

Brisk makes a plug that's got a solid machined body, and it will not break off the ground shield like the OEM and replacement plugs do.

Personally, I think you are better off doing them even with the OEM style plugs. That way, you have fresh plugs in there and no crud built up on them.

Then, floor the darn thing every day or two to keep the carbon away - it's worked for me on every motor I ever owned
