refer probs

My refriderator always worked great but not now. I moved 5er to diff spot at house, it`s not level. Problem is the unit has power ,I can set temp ,etc.It will not get cold, I tried while plugged in and also using propane(full tank)Heater works..
Ideas?

They do need to be level within reason to work properly. I would try to level it and see if that resolves the problem.

yeah thats what I`m hopin the prob is but I can`t move it for 2 weeks to check.Thanks

is this a two door dometic? if so, they have a recall out from 1997-2006. might check it out. recall hotline-888-446-5157

yes it`s a dometic two door but a 1993 model, thanks for heads up

It must be REALLY un-level!! I have a 1994 model and it works well up to a whole bubble out of level! Better on gas than elect tho...gotta be within 1/2 bubble for electric.

Dropped it down to almost level and hazaa the refer works with gas( havn`t tried elec yet).My heater always worked now that stopped,is there a fuse? Sure wish I had a book or manual etc

Been there & done that!
Had similar problem getting 5er ready in the spring, furnace wouldn't light, found that battery was very low, put on charger, OK. Wouldn't hold charge and converter in 5er wasn't charging. Had to buy 2 new batteries and new converter. (Rig only 2 yrs old).
