Carb issues2
Ok so I was having trouble getting my truck to fire, and was having issues with the carb. Well got it fixed, but now everytime I go to adjust the fuel level gas comes out of the carburetor needle and seat! What is going on?

Check to make sure you still have both gaskets on them, one larger one under the nut, and a smaller one under the screw on top of the nut, and when you tighten them, hold the nut staionery and tighten the screw down onto it. Thats about all it could be unless something was overtightened or the O ring has a wound on it, got cut somehow, probably should check that.. or if it is loose when the needle is closed it will leak, do you have the plugs out? if you left them in and the level is to high it could just be that..

Yes, there should be a gasket above and below the adjusting nut. They usually will leak while adjusting, then seal off when you tighten the screw back down. Your gaskets may be torn if it keeps leaking after tightened.
