The axle half's on the 150 are set up with coil spring perches with radius arms, the ones for the 250 are set up for leaf springs. It would take serious modification to switch from one type of spring to the other, otherwise you can swap the whole front suspension from a 250 into your 150, but then you might as well swap in a Dana 60 solid axle from the later 88 350. If your coils are sagging, either buy a new set or have a stronger set made for you by National Spring or someone else. You really can't swap the leaf springs in though.
If it's a 2 wheel drive, the springs should fit, and the only difference is probably the spring rate, If it's a 4 wheel drive, as mentioned above, it's not fun.

Sorry, I forgot to tell ya it is a 2WD, would like to eventually swap in a 4WD axle tho. I am after the heavier spring rate and the little bit if extra lift
