Strange brake problem
I'll start driving and after about 15 minutes I can tell my front right brake is dragging, without me touching the pedal prior to it dragging, my brake pedal becomes rock hard and if I pull over and push my brake pedal to the floor it makes noises like a steering pump does when it's really low on fluid, and it kind of pulsates. But if I hold it to the floor for a minute and then let go, I can proceed normally driving and it doesn't do it again until after I shut off the truck and go to drive somewhere again. Any ideas?

It sounds like your power stering pump may be failing. The hydroboost brake assistance uses hydraulic fluid from the power steering pump. Either that you are low on ATF (yes, ATF and not PS fluid in our trucks) in your power steering circuit.

You might have problems with a caliper not retracting properly either due to a problem in the caliper piston assembly or the flexible hose connected to it. Since your brake doesn't release properly, you'll get excessive heat buildup in the caliper and I've had them actually get hot enough to create steam in the caliper that I'd have to release through the the brake fluid bleeder.

I installed a new caliper and brake line and bled the old fluid out, same problem though. I was driving it home and it started dragging again, this time though I heard an audible but faint click from the engine compartment while it was dragging, and then it released.
I will check the power steering fluid level.
