Hey! My name is Fernando and I just joined. I tried to post an introduction and pics of my new 1970 F-250 Camper Special but it wouldn't let me. It said it was an invalid thread. Can anyone tell me what's wrong?
What I did is open a free account at Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket and then uploaded my pictures then after that was done all I had to do is copy the Direct link they provide then click on the picture Icon in the advance reply screen and paste the URL in...just incase you don't know which you might but anyway if your in the Advanced reply window and you look up on the left you'll see B I U and on the opposite end you see a page looking icon then a pound sign then a caption bubble the one next to it is the one you want to click on it'll open the box and then you simply past in there when your done it will look like[IM G]http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c60/court1100f/Old%20Guy/PC201105.jpg[/IMG] without the space between the M and G then it will work like this [
Yeah, I use photobucket for all my picture hosting. I have posted tons of pics on other forums but for some reason I have problems here. I even previewed my post and the pics were fine there. It was only when I tried to submit the thread that I had a problem.
Hmm ok yeah I've had those sort of problems on other forums but not knowing if you were familiar with it I wanted to make it as easy as possible. just in case you weren't
Don't know if the sites rules have changed, but they had wanted pictures to be placed in on site albums and provided them for us to use. The albums provide for size control and don't make the forum threads out of control with issues like side to side scrolling to be able to read the posts.
