This does bother me but not to the point of leaving,I have learned alot here and hope I can pass some of it back along to others.

Sorry guys, but my feeling is that this is all "much to do about nothing".
When this becomes something that consumes more of your time than it takes to just change the sig, something's askew in your lives.
Get over it, trim your sigs, deflate your egos, and press on.

sorry for the invasion guys but i too am annoyed with the signature rules. i cant edit mine to do anything. i keep getting error messagews that i am brekaing the rules on signatures. i cant keep the links to my webshots album or youtube videos anymore. i dont see how you guys still have links in your signatures?

i'm told that the reason that i cant have my links anymore is because i am not a paying supporter? is that true? if so what a bunch of bs! i cam to this site to share my knowledge and experience with those who need it. i didnt come here to get pushed back because i am not paying to be here..... i realize sure, its just a signature but whats next?

Joe - thats not the case, anyone can have links in their signatures, don't believe everything you read 
As for your old signature, I am guessing that it may have had a lot of formatting which used up the allocated text (which might I add is a restriction that is going to removed with the new sig policy!)

i dont beleive it till i hear it from the admin, thats why i asked.
when i went to edit my signature i messed with it for a good 15 minutes. i went so far as to only have the url link to my webshots album and it told me it wasnt allowed. i should have just left it alone and not messed with it cause now i cant even put back what i already had.
