Menjonz any parts house should be able to look it up for you. I just installed a new block heater in mine but didn't pay any attention to the exact size.
Seems like these things always happen when you really need your truck.

Might just be the block heater?

If You get plugs I implore You to get them from Ford/IH. None of the others will stay in properly. Plus, You need a special tool to install them properly

The Freeze plugs are not standard plugs. You need the OEM plugs and the proper tool to install them. Or they will come out. Usually when your on a roadie, with a load, going up a 3 mile, 6% grade.
