T.H.L. ....... I've got prospects out the yin yang went and scoped out a 67 and got offered a 71 while I was looking at the 67 by what I suspect to be a Chevy guy(It's his dads truck) my first clue he refered to the engine in the 71 as a 350 I asked him point blank IT'S gotta chevy 350 in it

He says no 351, Mind you they didn't offer a 351 in a 71 F100 Ranger they did however offer a 302,360,or 390 I'm thinking it most likely has a 360/390 in it it's suppose to be green with all trim intact and in good condition with a 4 on the floor hes suppose to call me and tell me what the dad wants for it. the 67 has issues A. it's an automatic MAJOR TURN OFF for me.B. said crapomatic is not in it. C. no tailgate. D. it's gotta 352 but they have no clue of whether it's good or not. E.the hoods not attached and I suspect they sold the hood hinges assemblies. F. no Radiater. Having said all that the body is extremely straight no rust of any significance other than mild nearly unnoticeable surface rust. It HAS been sitting since 02 though or atleast thats the last time it was legally registered. but the grille and front clips Flawless. THEN theres still my 68 I'm getting in Central Tx with the Combination two tone paint scheme of Red and White/360Cid and 3 on the tree. straight body/good tailgate/good everything except dash cap and some trims missing or needs to be replaced. SO I've gotta lot on my plate to decide on I'm not getting all 3 so at the very least one will be left behind of the 3 the only one I know for SURE I'm getting is the 68. the 67 needs the most but the bodys in damn good shape overall. the 71 sounds like if the price is right it won't need hardly anything to get it on the road BUT I really don't like the look of the 71 models grille
