u joint part number

hey guys...like the rest of canada we have been getting hit pretty hard with snow and ugly weather so i have been driving around with my manual hubs locked so all i have to do is pull the lever to engage 4 wheel drive. well after a few weeks of running like this i think my front drive shaft is squeaking up a storm because when i unlock the hubs the squeaking goes away. well i figure i'll take it out and replace the u joints with some greaseable ones and grease the slip joint...so the million dollar question is what spicer part number am i looking for for the u joints? i know that the u joints without the grease fitting are supposibly stronger, but if i do get ones with the grease fitting which way is the right way to install the u joint (with the load pushing or pulling on the fitting)? i've heard in the past that one way is supposibly stonger than the other. thanks for all the help and the truck in question is in my sig.
