Need your input on the Chapter Leader!!!

First off....HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of youse guys and gals!!!

Ok, now to the important part! I've been you Chapter Lead for over a year now...I came on in August of 2007. It's time to give somebody else a shot at this. I've had fun and I'm certainly not complaining but some fresh blood might just help us as a chapter!

So, I'm asking for EVERYBODIES input on nominations for Chapter Lead. It would be nice if we could agree on who it should be before 1 January so they can take over then.

I'm all ears!

Joe

Uh.....HELLO.....ANYBODY OUT THERE?

LOL, C'mon guys, I know there are some opinions out there....I'd really like to hear from you!

If you guys are happy with your current Chapter Lead, it's ok to say so. I am just trying to be fair about this.

Happy New Year!

Joe

Yeah, I've only been here just over a year (well, I joined in Apr 2006, but I wasn't active until I bought my SD last Nov), but it seems to me like you're doing a fine job Joe

That's just another name for pork.

Joe looks like you are stuck with the job again.

Well Joe, it sorta looks like you are going to be here another year. Dang, I wish that I could participate more. I know I missed the last meet at Pipestem. I will try to make the next.

Hey everybody, how about putting your first name in your sig since we are such an informal bunch anyway.

I already did mine.....not in the sig though.

Strange thing, I have had calls from as far away as Arizona about fixing IDI diesels since I used my name as my handle.

I did not answer engough questions with 14,000 posts in the IDI forum.

Guess I need to post more.

An admin has to do that, and they usually don't change user names.

With over 500,556 users, that would soon turn into a full time job for several people.

Something like,

I signed up as 1999 F250 and I traded trucks, so could you change my handle to 2009 F350 now please?

The other side effect is people that know you would no longer have any idea who you are.

In all honesty, if I had any idea I was going to post as much as I do, and would also become a moderator, I probably would have done my handle like yours.
If I make someone mad, it is to easy to look me up on the internet and wind up with a map right to my house.

The only plus is my house is not exactly where it is supposed to be, but you can look in my gallery a my truck pictures and the map gets you close enough to find me.
