6.0 Warm Start Help
06 6.0L wont start once oil gets above 175 degrees. Replaced the STC and still doing the same. Any suggestions???????

More than likely your leak is at one of the oil rail plug orings.(the rail that supplies oil to the injectors.)

Is that the dummy plugs?? Can you get only the O rings to replace or do you need to get new plugs?

yeah its the dummy plugs. Ford part numbers for the orings are W301386 for the larger one and W301390 for the smaller. it is usually the smaller one that blows. I think it gets nicked when they install them at the factory.

Thanks that was it, the lower O-Ring, thankfully it was on the pas. side!!!
