Great pics, I notice one pic of the fuse panel and the brake pedal assy and the bracket for your master cylinder and booster was not mounted to the dash from the firewall. I am not trying to ruffle any feathers or tell you how to build your truck but I did the same thing thinking that I would not need the bracing on a 55 cab and one day getting on the brakes pretty hard, I heard a pop and lost brake pedal movement. After finally stopping and getting the vinyl out of my butt, I noticed that my firewall had busted at the bottom where I had drilled the holes for mounting. Just a observation, but the truck looks awesome, great work.

Hey thanks for the advice - its not something i've looked at yet I must admit, the previous owner put it in at some point (I think its from an old ford escort). I'd really like to put in some disc brakes in the future so a full upgrade could be done then. Till then it looks like i'd best fab up another bracket to add on for safety - I'll add it to the list of jobs to do!!!!!

No prob, great looking truck. You may could search the forums here about the granada disc brake conversion. I have no personal experience with it or any great advice on that. There is a triangulated bracket that you can find all over ebay with or without the 7" booster that is what I am using and loved it.
