Right now I have an 01 F-250 CrewCab SuperDuty.
5.4L with a Small lift on 35x12.50x16.5 BFG's.
In the next week I'm using my Dad's 28 foot enclosed car trailer to move a bunch of my household stuff from CA to TX. As of Tuesday I am having Super Springs installed, and I am replacing my tires with the same mentioned above.
What options do I have to beef up the front end a little?
I couldn't find much on Super Coils online but from what I could find it looks like they are a coil springs, which you don't want because your truck ('01 F250 right?) uses a leaf-sprung front end.
What do you mean by beef up the front end? Do you want to raise it more, or stiffen the springs?

Yeah, you're right. I was told about them by someone who didn't know much about what they were saying. I too realized that after I did my own research.
By beefing up, I want to make it more solid. If that makes sense. Since I am putting a pretty good load on the truck, I don't want any issues.
Right now, I am thinking about just adding a leaf to the front/back.
I think I understand. Have you thought about airbags in the rear? If I were to 'beef up' the front of my truck I would look into heavy duty balljoints and steering components. Moog makes nice ball joints.

I considered bags in the rear, but towing this weight is pretty much a one time deal. All I use my truck for is a work truck, so the cost difference right now sells me on the super springs. Plus I got a good deal.
As far as front end maintenance, I will definitely replace everything under the front end when I have time. This is just kind of last minute so I don't have a ton of options. Just trying to do something (somewhat) logical for this situation which is hard because I'm sort of clueless.
Any links to some sites with good prices on the ball joints/steering components?
if ur just towing something one time, i'd just use ur truck as is, and drive slow/careful..
ur truck is designed for that type of work..
ur only problem might be a need to trim the bumper corner if the outside edge of the tire rubs, but since its mostly rear weight baised i think if u presently clear the tires u'll still be fine...
althou add-a-leafs front and rear will help.. it just seems like alot of work for something u only claim to need to use once.

This type of towing capacity of what I mentioned will only be done once. I don't plan on moving again, haha.
It may be a lot of work, but I will get an inch or so of lift out of it, and it will be beneficial in the future as I do pull small hay trailers and things on that nature somewhat frequently. Plus I drive in nothing but country rural roads that are pretty rough, and I have to deal with crappy weather on occasion.
