overhead rail system

My truck did not come with the overhead rail system. Can it be installed aftermarket? Can it be purchased from Ford? Is the wiring still in the overhead area?

You'll pay more for a set of Johnson Control rails and a stock video unit than an aftermarket setup. If you really need a set, I'd say pick them up from a junk yard. Most of the wiring should be close, but you will probably need a harness to connect the rails to the closest harness.
