1986 F250 Alignment Problem Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 86 F-250 with a 6.9 diesel and it is a 4x4. I took it to get an alignment and they said it would be $200 for the whole works. I am having negative camber(top of the wheel's tilt in) Could it be my springs?, and if it was my spring could I slap the new ones on and have the problem solved, or would I still need a alignment.

What did the shop say they would do for that 200 $ ? Wouldn't changing out the front springs cost at least that much in time and trouble? Maybe thats part of what they want to do. DF
