460 Identification

I am going to look at a 78 f150 for sale. The seller says it has the 460 in it. Is there an obvious way to tell wether its a 460 vs like a 351M or 400?
Thanks

If it has a rear sump pan the dip stick will be in the pan NOT in the timing cover. Now if it is a stock 2wd then it should have it in the timing cover due to those using a front sump setup BUT if it's a swap into a 4x4...
