Soon going to be thinking about tires for my 06 f-150 king ranch 4x4 . Factory tires now are the 20" pirellis . They really seem to suck in the ice and snow, and really did not inmpress me during hunting season in the mud. Anyone replace theirs with anything else??
people seem to like BFG A/T KO's but they are expensive. They don't come in the same exact stock 20" size, but they do come in 285/55/20 which is pretty darn close to the stock size (just one size up). They are also a LT-rated tire instead of P-rated.
They have taken me through many storms without fail, and ride pretty good on the Interstates between Canada & Florida.
Does anyone know if they are cheaper in USA than Canada and if there would be money saved by changing them while on holiday in US.?
Just looked on tire rack.com and seen what was available , they had the oem pirellis for 125.00 . Had a really good tire on my expedition on the 17" rims that was awesome the bridgestone dueler revo's I see they are making them but they are very salty 223.00 each . I see a couple of others have the pro comps on but couldnt find a decent price on them
