Strange grinding noise

My '03 Expy has been making the same rubbing/grinding noise for the last couple weeks... not every time but def on a cold startup and only on right turns... taking it in next week to the dealer to get them to look at it, will update when I find out more.

I didn't really notice a squeak prior to the grinding. The grinding progressively got worse and worse. I replied to another post about this (perhaps it was yours?) about the cost of doing the job. They were quoted $850 - mine only cost $560, parts and labor.

Yep. That was me. I was looking around for anything having to do with the hub assembly. Sorry for the duplication. I appreciate the response - both times!

Went to the dealership today! Ended up that the Left Wheel hub bearing was bad... since I have the Certified Pre-Owened Extended warranty they just happen to have 2 in stock and replaced the Right one as well... awww how nice.... costing me only $100.00 to get both hubs replaced!

Exactly what do I put in the differential of my 2003 2WD Expy

Forgive me if this is elementary but what fluid do I need to put into the differential? Can I get the friction modifier at a NAPA dealer?

I am having the issue described in the post - grinding noise, louder when turning.
