Replace the IPR.
Do not rebuild it.
The no start issue will come back.
The IPR was your HPOP leak.
It was stuck dumping oil pressure down the drain.
Be shure the wiring and connection is good to the IPR.
The ground sig could be good enough to pass the self test
but not with the electrical load of the IPR.

thanks again, thats a very good point, i think i did read that in one of these 10,000 papers i printed out now. ill order a new IPR. the ground to the IPR is good and is getting full voltage. resistance at the solonoid is 10.9 ohms. i have one more question tho, anybody got a good way to get all this oil out of the valley other than a rag and a long screwdriver. thanks again guys
