your in luck, this is a 351c cobra jet. 11 march 1974 casting date code. Remove the pan from one head and look for # like d1ze-da.

Pretty much, yes.

This is an engine forum on a truck site so I can't guarantee how much help you'll get,
but it seems you're referring to some sort of car (Mustang, Torino, something like that?).
Never heard of a GT engine. Regardless. I'd start with checking the VIN; there's a VIN
decoder on this site, last item in the drop-down menu under Articles/Specs.

No idea but I'm sure it's dependent on completeness & condition.

I suspect others (trinogt comes to mind) will offer more information .

ctubutis is right. And also came in cougar and cyclone in 71-72. I also check in the other book and for d2ae-ca it could be a 71 351c 4v or 72-74 351c boss,71 cj, ho '72-74 4v.if i'm good with the casting date code # it's not a 351c 4v from 71 but it could be 351c boss or 72-74 4v. if it's a 4 bolt main bearing-cap it's equipped with split-lip rear main-bearing seal. Special block cast with thicker cylinder walls and siamesed bores for for use carries an XE192540 casting number. Give me the # under the valve cover.... 8 smalls bolts...
