i have a problem when i hit my brake pedal the parking and interior lights come on with it and my left blinker makes the parking and interior light flash with it as well as when i turn on the emergency flashers and when i turn the parking lights on the brake lights come on and the left blinker doesn't work (stays on steady) but the right blinker works
look at your left rear taillight bulb. i have seen the filament brake and lay over on the other wire inside the bulb and cause a back feed.
well i tried that bulb is fine unplugged the brake controller the trailer connector and tried replacing the blinker switch in the column but nothing has worked yet
ok i pulled the fuse panel out of the dash and plugged it in one connector at a time the problem went away as long as i left one connector off the problem is with this connector unplugged when i turn the key to the run position the fuel pump and glow plugs do not come on
what are the specs on your truck? yr make model etc.
it is a 2004 F-350 srw 6.o psd 5r100 4x4 ext. cab long bed 3" lift shackles (front) 35x13.50x20 pro comp xtreme all terrains strait pipe and hollowcat i love my truck but this is kiiling me
Is there anyway it could possibly be the fuse panel ??? and how much could one cost ??? the blower motor quit working yesterday and all the fuses and relay are good
YES absolutley, check to see if there is any signs of water dripping on the fuse panel. If there is, replace it and check for a windshield leak on the drivers side. there was a problem with the windshield sealent ford used on certain F series trucks from 97 thru early 04. If this is the case have the windshield replaced with the fuse panel.

well the windshield was replaced before i got the truck (i.e. no super duty at the rear view) but the black weather stripping or trim didn't get put back in right i have since corrected but this could've caused the fuse panel to wig out ???
The outside weather stripping should not cause a leak, the butal seal and primer was the problem. if the panel saw water the multilevel copper strips in the panel will start to rust and expand, causing then to short together and reaking havic on any and all circuits in it's path.
I have also have a problem with my lights.
When the light switch is in the auto position and it is pulled out so the driving lights are on. The driving lights come on when the brakes are applied.
This only happens during the daylight when the auto lights are off.
I learned of this when I got stopped for flashing the FHP trooper that I was behind. Apparently every time he slowed I would hit my brakes and flash him.
That is most likely a bad ground on one of the taillight sockets or a crossed filament in one of the bulbs. Our trucks use push-in bulbs and the ground connection is a small pin on the socket/bulb.
