replace rotors -Windstar Van

replace rotors -Windstar Van
I need some direction on replacing a pair of front rotors on a 96 ford windstar, as the Chilton manual doesn't cover this.
From what I read its pretty straight forward, jack up, remove tire, remove and wire up caliper, remove lock washer holding on rotor, then rotor should be free.
When putting on new rotors do I just clean off rust and slide on, do i need to replace the lock washers that were on the studs, also should I put some anti seize on the back of the rotor so it wont rust together and get stuck, I'm I missing a step or is there something I should do in the process, any tips tricks, or techniques that one may share!
