F150 frame rust through

Folks, I have a big problem! On the right side frame rail, just ahead of the trailing arm mount, the frame has rusted almost in half. Has any one seen this before? How can I repair this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you , mike Illinois

F150 frame rust through

find a good welder or a frame shop preferably. they should be able to stitch it back up. had this type of repair done on a 54 f100. cost about 100.00.
