how about this project?
saw this on craigslist. fairly new post.
Turbo diesel-354 Perkins 5-speed - $1200 (Sand Springs)

I have a good 354 Perkins turbo diesel and a 5 speed trans with pto,it is in a 1977 Ford F-350,light wreck,needs right spring and bumper.
Would make a good wrecker.
Has everything you need to put turbo power and 20 mpg in a F 250 or F 350, has 4 core radiator,heavy duty clutch, engine heater,also have ac bracket.

lol joe. i think it's only 130-140hp. i'm sure it could be modded. i think there was a few marine motors that were around 200-250hp

My searches came back with 160 HP on a 354 turbo engine.
One guy in Florida has two with 0 hours on them since rebuilt, he is asking 12,500 for them.
Did see one advertised at 240 HP.
Most are in boats, you can get more power out of a marine engine than you can a truck engine.
