Could i please hear from anyone who knows how to take the bed light control off of the switch that turns on the inside cab light and put it on it's own switch, i can't believe that ford would do something so stupid, at night if you put the bed light on and try tp turn around and look in the bed you get blinded by the cab light.Thanks for any info

 

It's not easy and been discussed before. You would have to run a new power wire straight to the cab light, as it is connected to the dome light of course.

 

somehow i find that hard to believe.maybe the reverse would be easier, put a switch to control the cab light, i am sure someone here must have done it before without redesigning the wheel.

 

Nope, it's how it is. They aren't on separate circuits.
