X plan and purchase help

I am looking for help getting an x plan deal on my next truck and any purchasing advice. I got an 05 f250 and am ready to purchase an 08 F250 supercab, 4x4, diesel, shortbed. Has anyone recently purchased a similar truck, what was your price. If anybody can steer me in the direction of an X plan I would truely appreciate it. thanks

I thought Ford was doing Employee Pricing PLUS rebates? MUCH better than X-plan!

right now the employee pricing is better but it end I think the 5th of Jan. If you are a veteran with and service rated disability from the VA then join the DAV, Disabled American Veterans. This will qualifiy you for the x-plan.

There are some other organizations that can qualifiy but I don't recall who they are.

If you ask here, blueovalforums or The Diesel Stop someone will give you a PIN. That will get you in under invoice as your starting price. Then add any current rebates. That's if you miss the deadline on Employee plus.

I bought a car on the X Plan this fall and the difference between that price and the employee price was about $200. The deal with the X Plan is that the dealer needs proof that you are qualified to get it. PM with a build sheet and I can look up the X Plan price for you if you want.

My buddy purchased a long bed F250 4wd diesel and paid 43,200.00 out the door. He used a X-plan and the incentives that ended mid November. Didn't have the Navigation system or snow plow upgrade nor the supplement heater.

The difference between X-Plan and employee pricing should be much more then a couple hundred bucks. On a SD it should be a good $1000-1500 or more less then X-Plan...

X-Plan = Dealer Invoice (minus) 0.4% of Invoice (plus) $75 Administration Fee.

A/Z-Plan (Employee Pricing) = Dealer Invoice (minus) Holdback (minus) Advertising Assessment (plus) $75 Administration Fee (plus) A/Z-Plan Surcharge.
