weird wiring prob. help please

hi all,
I have a 94 f150 300 I6 stan cab short bed and im having a weird wiring prob.

when i turn the blower for the heater on full blast when the truck is in any forward gear or reverse, my amp gauge drops significantly and my headlights dim. ive taken it to the shop about 3 times with the same problem and they found that "everything was fine" the last reading was 13.8 volts. im pretty fed up because i know something is wrong, and i told them to look at the blower motor today because thats the only other logical thing that i can think of that would be going wrong. im pretty tired of going back and forth to the garage, spending money, and losing money by not having the truck, for them to not find anything.
it cant (shouldnt) be the alternator, because it, along with the battery, is only 3-4 months old, if that. any help would be much appreciated. btw, it doesnt have a/c, if that helps.
Thanks,
Brian

rant over.

You need to get a voltmeter. With the truck running, and most loads off, read the voltage at the battery. It should be around 14.5v. Then turn the blower on high, and take a reading again at the battery. Write back in with your results.
