Welcome to FTE. A hole in the oil pan is not a good thing. Unless you're a really good welder and can weld the cross member back together properly, you'll need to pull the engine to change out the pan.

OH man that's scary, I've seen some threads on here of what they have to do to replace the pan. What made them think that it'd stay leak free for the life of the truck. Good luck, i'd weld the pan not the cross member.
