fuel leak woes.
well, get a rainy day, and find all the problems you dont pay attention to when u are woking all the time. but anyway, i ahve a pretty goos fuel leak. its coming from the bottom short fuel hose between pump and housing, and is leaking up under the housing where the line hooks in or something. but, you cant start to see it, and barely feel it. where under there could it be from?

If it is from under the bowl there is a posibility that the bowl has a hole in it. I would remove the bowl since you need to anyway to fix that hose. Then inspect the bowl real good. Maybe try looking under it while running before you pull it. Then clean it up real good scuff the surface and apply some JB weld to the bottom hole. Let it sit overnight.

well, neal, the bottom of the bowl dont have a hole i dont think, as i drained it out real good, and checked that out, and it was good. the hose itself isnt leaking. i'm thinking maybe more like the end of it where it couples into the bowl.
and thats gonna mean removint the y-pipes so i can get to the clamps on the pumps side, and then removing the bowl. correct?
