Recently found a brand new set of 33-12.5 mud tires for a great price. However they were mounted on 5 lug rims, and I have an f-250 with 8 lug. No problem, I go to pep boys to order 15" 8 lug rims for these suckers, but the guy tells me that 15" rims won't fit on an f-250. Is this true? If so what good tires can I get for my current 16" rims?
the guy at pep boys is a moron. smaller rims will fit on any thing its when u go bigger is the problem. u can get just about any tire for any rim now. u can get 8 lug 15 inch rims from 3" to 15" wide call summit or some other good speed shop they can get u every thing. local stores dont know jack about any thing custom. and dont want to sell u any thing to customize any thing but a camaro.

Yeah my calipers would hit the rims so the 15's won't fit on my truck. I forgot I have a 3/4 ton rear and all the heavy duty packages, so looks like 16 inch rims for me.
